Rendezvous Site Service
Projects
Units are needed for service projects to get the site ready
for rendezvous. Preferred campsites are available to those who participate in
service projects. Dates are as follows:
January 23
February 6
Upcoming Meetings and Events
January 15th and 16th -
As part of the 100 Year BSA Anniversary celebration, the Springs Preserve will
be hosting the traveling exhibit put on by National as part of Scout Quest. We
have been asked to provide a display for Rendezvous as part of this event, which
will provide some great exposure for us and potentially result in some unit
signups (which are greatly needed). The hours are 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday and
9:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday.
January 21st -
The mandatory Staff Meeting at the Council Office will be at 7:00pm and we need
to have as many staff there so we can go over the logistics of the event and
answer any questions. Please make sure that your Event Chairs and their staff
are signed up and in attendance at this meeting.
January 28th -
The mandatory Leader's Meeting at the Council Office will be at 7:00pm. We need
to make sure we have our units getting signed up prior to (at at the meeting if
needed) so we can keep progressing with registrations. Important information
will be discussed at this meeting so it is imperative the we get as many units
signed up as possible.
